O produto \u00e9 chamado de <strong>ferro-gusa e cont\u00e9m cerca de 3,3% de carbono.<\/strong> Uma forma de eliminar o excesso de carbono \u00e9 a oxida\u00e7\u00e3o a partir do aquecimento do ferro-gusa com g\u00e1s oxig\u00eanio puro. <strong>Os dois principais produtos formados s\u00e3o a\u00e7o doce (liga de ferro com teor de 0,3% de carbono restante) e g\u00e1s carb\u00f4nico.<\/strong> As massas molares aproximadas dos elementos carbono e oxig\u00eanio s\u00e3o, respectivamente, 12 g\/mol e 16 g\/mol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">LEE, J. O g\u00e1s carb\u00f4nico \u00e9 proveniente da combust\u00e3o (oxida\u00e7\u00e3o) do carbono (C) presente no ferro-gusa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Primeiramente, precisamos calcular a massa de carbono presente no ferro-gusa.
